So this week, we’re going to recap everything we’ve done so far on our blog.
Central thought: God makes beautiful things. And God made you. Thus, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.
Central thought: virtue is missing from the modern world. Immorality, sin, and dirty behavior is everywhere. The virtuous woman needs to make an appearance. You need to go be her.
Central thought: no matter WHAT you did, there is a God who LOVES you. Who MADE you. Who has a PLAN for you!! Always all you have to do is ask and you will receive forgiveness for anything.
Central thought : each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace. –1 Peter 4:10
Central thought: “Bow ties are cool.” Well, I have a new quote for you. Something even cooler than a bow tie. Something just as defiant and rebellious. “Jesus is cool.” “God is cool.” “Loving is cool.” “Modesty is cool.” “Purity is cool.” And all these things are much cooler than a bow tie. That’s saying something, cause bow ties are really cool. And don’t get me started on fezzes.
Central thought: Modesty does not mean covering up every inch of skin, it’s about people being able to look at us girls and be able to see God; in our actions, words, and clothes.
What are your passions?
What are your talents?
Are you passionate about God? (I mean, He’s sure passionate about you.)
How can you use your talents to help achieve your passions? (Which should include God in some way.)
Central thought: waiting on God to answer a prayer can be hard. But have patience and know that he will, in his time.
Central thought: we are so privileged to be able to worship God any way we want. Praise God today and thank him that you can do so, and thank him for giving you that privilege.
Central thought: we as Christians should glow in the dark, and shine like stars in a crooked and perverted generation (Philippians 2:15). So shine! Make ’em wonder what you got! Make ’em wish that they were not on the outside looking bored!
Central thought: We need to be the difference so people see that we are His. So others can see him though us. We need to be different FOR Christ, not FROM Christ.
Central thought: we are all selfish on some way. But Jesus was the ultimate unselfish person. Since we strive to be like him in every other aspect of life we should strive to be like him in this aspect.
Central thought: Jesus was SO selfless. If the Son of God, the King of Kings, would die for you… Then don’t you think we could do something to show His undying love for us? It may sometimes be hard. You may even be mocked for it, but maybe… Just maybe, we can be selfless too.
